DAY 01:

On arrival meet & greet by our representative at airport, transfer to hotel.

Overnight at Hotel of your choice.

DAY 02:

HALF-DAY CITY TOUR OF MUSCAT (PRIVATE TOUR)

Morning, you will be met at the hotel for a full day City Tour. The tour begins with a visit to the beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque one of the largest mosques in the Middle East.  Later drive to old part of the town to visit the Bait Al Zubair Museum, a private collection exhibiting the wealth of Oman’s history and thus imparting knowledge about the country’s rich culture and traditions to the visitor. Later you will have photo stops at the residence of his Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Al Alam Palace, which is flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. You also drive along the picturesque Corniche to the once walled district Muscat.  You will be strolling through Muttrah Souq, where you will be bargaining for handicrafts and silver items and then you return to the hotel.

Dresscode for the Mosque:  Loose long trousers or long skirts, long sleeves and a head scarf for ladies. No short for men.

DAY 03:

FULL DAY EXCURSION TO NIZWA (PRIVATE TOUR)

We start  with a spectacular  drive  through the Hajar mountains via  the oases   of Fanjah and  Birkat  Al  Mauz  to  reach   and  the  impressive  17 century Fort. Then on to the  Nizwa  Souk  famous  for  its Bedouin  silver  jewellery. The drive continues via Tanuf and Bahla to Jabreen, to visit one of Oman’s most beautiful forts, famous for its wall and ceiling murals. Return to Muscat.

DAY 04:

Breakfast at the hotel.
